August 23 2009 (Beaumont, CA) -- Tyneside United claimed its second California tournament title on Sunday against SD Rangers from Chula Vista, CA. Reggie Bolden headed in the go ahead goal from a Jeff Canarelli cross in the 12th minute. Tyneside went on to win 5-0 in the championship match at the Beaumont Sports Complex to claim the tournament title. Tyneside outscored their opponents 31 to 1 on their road to the final.
