VBSA MISSION STATEMENT

The Van Baseball/Softball Association provides the opportunity for all children ages five through fifteen years old to play baseball in a safe and positive environment, regardless of experience or ability. We emphasize teaching sportsmanship, building self-esteem and developing skills that will later benefit them as they progress through the various leagues and into High school. As the coaches are teaching the fundamentals of the game of baseball, we also seek to instill the values inscribed in the Little League motto - Character, Courage, Loyalty.

As the season comes to a close, please be aware that the website will be offline from time to time due to changes in layout and to prepare for next spring.  Many changes will be taking place and all information, all documentation and all instructions will be posted on the website prior to the season opening.  We highly recommend that all parents and coaches visit the website prior to opening day to get updated information.  We also recommend anyone that is interested in being a coach, assistant coach or board member to contact us for more information.  We are in need of motivated & dedicated individuals that have the spirit of baseball and the children in mind.  Times are changing and with your help, we can make the Van Baseball Softball Association the best there is...
