The Off Season has Officially Begun!
The 2012 - 2013 season will be here before you know it. At this point you should be thinking about training in the off season. Those of you that are not on club teams should seriously consider joining one if you can. If you can't you should take part in a strength and conditioning program. Welcome to the official website of the South Brunswick High School Viking Swim Team. The team is starting its 15th season under the direction of Head Coach John Harding. Lorie Ruina returns as an Assistant Coach. Former Princeton University swimmer Rebecca Nyquist joins the staff as an Assistant Coach.
The 2010 - 2011 season was one of the most succesful seasons in school history and the coaching staff is looking forward to more success in 2011 - 2012. Come out and support the team. Please browse the site for important information regarding the team.
