LOTS OF "CHEER" AT 4TH ANNUAL LADY SPARTAN HOLIDAY PARTY!
Last weekend, the Lady Spartans held their 4th Annual Holiday Party! A terrific time had by all - plenty of food, laughter, picture taking, and happiness enjoyed by everyone throughout the evening!
Special "Thank Yous" to very special people that were generous of their time and sponsorship to make this event a rousing success:

WELCOME TO OUR NEW JV COACHES!
On behalf of Villa Park High School, Varsity Head Coach Sarah Atwood is pleased to welcome our newest additions to Lady Spartan Softball - JV coaches GINA PIRRUCELLO and CARISSA RICE. Per Coach Atwood, "They are already an experienced team that has worked together so I'm excited what the future has in store for our programs."

Ready to show your VP Softball spirit? Then go to the Handouts menu item and click on the VP Softball Additional Clothing Order Form and order up the items that you can proudly wear to support our Lady Spartans.
We have a limited window to offer the opportunity to order Spartan Softball apparel - orders must be turned in no later than Tuesday, December 15.

LADY SPARTAN BACKSTOP & BANNER ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES!
With our 2010 season fast approaching, it's time to get the word out to potential sponsors for a great opportunity to promote their business with a banner or backstop advertisement on our Varsity field. It is terrific exposure for the businesses and it is terrific encouragement to our players to play on a field decorated with many sponsorship banners.
The Lady Spartan program is taking orders now! Go to the Handouts menu item to obtain a copy of the sponsor form.
MARIE CALLENDAR PIE FUNDRAISER A SUCCESS!
To say our annual pie fundraiser was another success would be a total understatement. Under the diligent coordination and leadership of JAN DOEZIE, our Lady Spartan Softball Program this year almost doubled the number of pies sold (and equally almost doubled the profit) from last year. In 2008, our players and families sold 147 pies, but this year...we sold an amazing 281 pies! Thanks again to Jan for doing an awesome job! Wahoo!
Our Lady Spartan softball player winner of Most Pies Sales went to KENDALL EMERICK who received a gift card to the store of her choice. Congratulations Kendall!
