Please read carefully as registration procedures have changed.  All Spring players must come to registration in person to try on the Spring uniforms.  There will be no mailed in or late registrations accepted.

Registration Procedures:

There are 3 steps for the registration to be completed. 

 

Step#1:     The first step is to click on this link or copy it to a new web page, print out the registration form and fill in the sections not greyed out.

Step#2:     The second step is to complete an online WKAC registration form. Click on the link below or copy it to a new web page and fill out the form and press the submit form when completed.

Step#3:     After steps#1 and #2 are competed you must bring your registration form from step #1 with payment to the WKAC Spring Registration at Kahala Rec Center on Nov. 7th (6pm to 8pm), Nov. 8th (9am-2pm), or Nov. 14th Late Registration (6pm-8pm). There will be no mailed in or late registrations (after November 14 2014) accepted. There will be no refunds for Spring 2015 after December 13, 2014.

 

Note:  Online registration will be closed on Friday, November 7,2014 at 12:00 am in preparation for Friday/Saturday registration. Please visit us on registration day to complete Step #2.  Online form will be back on site Monday, November 10,2014 8:00 am for November 14,2014 Late registration.

 If you have more than one child participating for Spring 2015, please make sure to complete one registration per child.

 

All steps must be completed for your child to be registered for the WKAC Spring Registration.  If this is the first time playing for WKAC, please bring the players birth certificate (proof of age).
