2014 Registration Pricing
- 1st and 2nd Grade Flag Tag and 3rd and 4th Tackle Football are FREE for the 2014 season.
Up to July 31, 2014:
1 Football $150 (FAMILY) - 2 or more Football $275
After August 1, 2014:
1 Football $200 (FAMILY) - 2 or more Football $400
**Important: When registering, it may give you an option of two teams to put your child in, based on age ranges. Register your child according to the grade they will enter in September 2014.**
If you pay by credit card your statement will show League Sports Services LLC and your payment is automatic. If you pay by check and mail to the P.O. Box, the envelope with the payment and paperwork must be postmarked by June 30, 2014; otherwise the late fee must be paid before your child receives equipment.
The registration system will automatically calculate the discount for you. You may pay by credit card/debit card or check. If you are paying by check please mail the check to: Watertown-Belmont Youth Football : P.O. Box 142 , Watertown, MA. 02472
We require additional paperwork to complete the player registration. No player will be Registered on a team or given equipment until ALL paperwork is in. You can mail the following items to P.O. Box 142 , Watertown, MA. 02472
At the completion of registration, click on Print Forms to obtain the following required paperwork:
- Code of Conduct
- Emergency Medical Treatment
- Image Release
- Medical Clearance – To be signed by child’s physician if child’s last physical was in 2013.
- Participation and ID Card
- Waiver and Release
We also require:
- Birth certificate - ORIGINAL or Copy of Birth Certificate
- Physical, if conducted in 2014. If not, have physician sign Medical Clearance, as above.
- Final report card of this past school year

As you know our program is run solely by volunteers!! We will be asking you as the season gets closer to participate in any way you can. During game days there are many tasks that need to be completed from staffing the shack, grilling, field set up and field break down. We are also looking for volunteers to help in any way with regard to donations. If you work at company or know of anyone that can supply rolls, hamburgers, hotdogs, etc. that would be great. If the company can offer a donation that we can raffle off at our fundraiser this year that would be great also.
Many hands make light work and it will only enhance the program and after all IT’S FOR THE KIDS!!!!
