2012 Football Jerseys and New Registrations
The 2012 jersey fitting took place May 14th to 17th, but we are still taking new registrations for football. If your child is newly registered, or if you were unable to make the scheduled fitting for other reasons, please contact us as soon as possible to determine sizing. We will use your child's requested jersey numbers and jersey size information when placing the order jerseys.
Similar to last year, the jerseys will have custom stitching for the Wee Elks - avoiding the peeling decal issues we had seen in prior years. The cost of your child's jersey is included in the registration cost and it is your child's jersey to keep after the season ends. Using stitched numbers helps ensure the kids can wear and enjoy the jerseys for years to come.
Online Football Registration Now Available
Cheer registration is closed, but we are still excepting football registrations by mail and now online.
Thats right, online. You asked, we listened. Due to the number of requests for other payment options and online registration, we brought the online registration back this year.
To use the new Online Football Registration processing option, access the Online Registration link from the menu on this site.
Cheer Registration Closed
The 2012 registration period for cheer program has ended. Thanks to all that registered and we look forward to seeing you this season.
If you are interested in registering your child in the Wee Elks activities, check out the Wee Elks football program -- both boys and girls participate in the program. Register your child today for Wee Elks football for a great development opportunity and experiences they will charish years later.
2012 Physicals and Other Forms for Football
WOJFC Physical Forms and other post-registration forms such as the player and parent Code of Ethics forms were provided at the jersey fittings. For any new registrations or who not obtain forms at jersey fittings, these forms will be mailed in the upcoming few weeks. Please note that WOJFC requires physicals to be completed in the 2012 calendar year for the 2012 season. The physical documentation must be filled out on the official WOJFC Physical forms (triplicate carbon copy forms).
As with years past, Home Town Urgent Care at the Dayton Mall facility is offering $25 sports physicals, and donating $10 of that back to the Centerville Wee Elks Football Association. The coupon or flyer must be presented to receive the discount and to ensure the $10 donation will be made to the Wee Elks. The flyer with coupon is available for download from the Forms area on this website.

Football New Parents Meeting
First time Wee Elks Football parents are highly encouraged to come out for the New Parents Meeting on May 30th, 2012 at 7 PM. The meeting will run through information on the Wee Elks organization, WOJFC, equipment, schedule, and volunteer requirements. Parents can ask questions during the meeting, or discuss topics with board members after the structured part of the meeting.

Wee Elks Monte Carlo
The Centerville Wee Elk Football Association is organizing an evening event for parents, coaches, and board members, and friends of the organization. Come help us kick off Premier Weekend and the start of football season in style by joining us at the first annual Wee Elks Monte Carlo event.
Where: IUE Local 755 (1675 Woodman Drive)
When: Friday, August 17th (Premier Weekend), 6pm to Midnight
Entry: $10.00 in advance, $15.00 at the door
Entry cost includes BBQ dinner and one drink ticket. There will be door prizes, a grand prize raffle, a silent auction, black jack, chuck-o-luck, and more! This event is an adult function and you must be 21 to enter. More information on this event and how to obtain entry tickets will be posted on this site in the upcoming weeks.

Centerville Youth Wrestling Camp
Centerville Youth Wrestling is offering a camp for kids K through 6th who are interested in learning wrestling. The camp will be held at the Centerville High School wrestling room June 5th-7th, 6-7:30 PM each night. The cost is $35 per wrestler, and all wrestlers will get a T-shirt.
Please contact Dave Mires of the Centerville Wrestling Program (DSMires33@aol.com) if you are interested in the camp. Email names and shirt sizes of wrestlers by May 21st. Registration forms (provided upon request) can be brought the first night of the camp.
