Refund Policy
NO refund will be given out after the skills test date, The ONLY exception is if your son makes the official school spring baseball roster. The WCBA President must be contacted before your request can be processed. KEITH KELLETT * ALL refunds will be less $25.00 administrative fee for processing refund.
Dizzy Dean bat rule for 13 y.o. and older
Approved Bats: All bats used in the 13 and 14 Year-Old age groups must be approved for Dizzy Dean play. Effective Spring 2006 all bats must meet the minus three criteria, meaning the bat must weigh 3 ounces less than the length. (Example: 32” bat must weigh 29oz.) The penalty for an illegal bat will be as follows:
a. If the illegal bat is discovered PRIOR to any hit by a batter, the bat will be removed from the game. No further penalty will apply.
b. If the illegal bat is discovered AFTER a batted ball and BEFORE the first pitch to the next batter; the bat will be removed from the game, the batter will be ruled out and all runners will return to the bases occupied immediately prior to the pitch that was hit with the illegal bat

LETS PLAY BALL!
The West Cobb Baseball Association plays out of Big Shanty Park at 2050 Kennesaw Due West Road NW in Kennesaw, GA (30152) adjacent to Kennesaw Mountain High School. Our baseball program is for ages 13- to 18-year olds.
Big Shanty Park has 4 baseball fields. Fields 1 and 2 are 54/80 and Fields 3 and 4 are 60/90.
