Some rainout games have been rescheduled. Please review the schedule.
Before traveling to the park to play or practice call (615) 616-1024 .
If the fields in the quad are locked then they are closed. The lights in the quad will come on automatically during scheduled practice times. Please make sure you close the gates in the quad after you are finished with a practice.
Please help keep the park clean, put trash in it's place. There are a number of trash cans located throughout the park.
KEEP THE DUGOUTS CLEAN!

** AA State Tournament Meeting ** |
 |
A meeting will be held at the White House Civic Center in the Auditorium on Wednesday May 30 at 6pm. If you would like to be involved in planning and organizing the AA State Tournament, please come join in the fun. The AA State Tournament is scheduled for July 12. We will be talking about what we can do to get White House ready for this special event. |

2012 Baseball All-Star Alignment |
The 2012 Baseball All-Star alignment and tournament locations have been set. Please see the following document for the details. See the 2012 Dixie Youth calendar for important dates.
White House will be hosting the AA (7-8) State Tournament on July 12.. We are extremely excited about this achievement. Hosting the State Tournament is a lot of work. We will need people to help out at the gate, and in the concession stand. If you are willing to help, please contact any board member to sign up. |

Information from Dixie Youth State Meeting
All 2 1/4" composite bats must be on the bat list if they do not have both the year 2011 or 2012 stamped on the bat and BPF 1.15 stamped on the bat and approved for play in Dixie Youth Baseball.

Please visit our Sponsors web page. Sponsors can advertise their business for as low as $50 on our website. A renewal outfield sign is only a $100. We receive almost a 100,000 hits a month during the season, so you will be seen. If you know of a company or organization that would like to sponsor the league or a team, please ask them to fill out a Sponsors commitment form or fill out a on-line Sponsor sign-up form and someone will get in contact with them. If you have filled out a form, please submit it to a board member.

The White House Baseball and Softball league is a non-profit organization, run solely by volunteers. Feel free to look around our website, join an email list and check out the calendar for upcoming events, or reply to an entry in the forum. If you would like to see any additional material just let us know and we will do our best to get the content added. There is a lot of information in the documents, coach and parent corner sections, if you have an idea for better organizing these sections or any others let us know. Check out the general information section, be sure to review the different drop downs on this page. Do you have a suggestion for a future poll, let us know. If you have time please sign our guestbook and let us know about yourself. If you find information that needs to be corrected, removed, or updated please email the Webguy with any needed changes. |
Coaches, if you are playing the last game of the night, make sure that the lights are turned out on your field. The home team coach is responsible for turning out the lights for the last game of the night. If you are using the portable mound and have played the last game of the night, please put the portable mound in the storage shed. Scorebooks can be picked up in the concession stand before your game. The home team is responsible for chalking the field before the start of game play. Coaches if you would like statistical information posted on your teams individual web page, please email the Webguy with your name and team requesting a login so that you can enter the data yourself. |
