§ ELIGIBILITY: All students who attend West Chicago Community High School, Wheaton Academy, or Wheaton North High School during the 2010-2011 school year.

Proof of hockey insurance is required before player can participate in evaluations.
To purchase hockey insurance, please visit www.usahockeyregistration.com.
You must have the USA Hockey Insurance Confirmation Number before you can register your player.
2. Proof of recent physical.
If you know of additional skaters who are interested in skating with the club,
please contact one of the persons listed below and we will get the information to them.
