Our Programs
* American Prep Legion - 13 year olds only.
* American Junior Legion - 13 to 15 year olds.
* American Senior Legion - 16 to 19 year olds.
You can try-out for a roster spot on a Wissahickon American Legion Baseball Team for your age group if you live in the Wissahickon School District and you’re between 13 and 19 years old. These Teams are highly competitive. THAT MEANS, we are looking for the very best Baseball Players in the Wissahickon School District.
It does not matter to the Coaching Staff of these teams where you've played your Junior Baseball. All Ambler, Lower Gwynedd, and Whitpain Players have an equal opportunity to compete for any of the open Roster Spots. The only requirement is that you live in the Wissahickon School District.
All 3 American Legion Teams are Highly Competitive with Try-outs and Strict Team Rules.
* The Senior Legion Team Roster holds tryouts and the Roster is made up of High School Varsity players and returning College Freshmen. Occasionally a few JV players or 16 year olds will make this team.
* The Junior Legion holds tryouts and is Rostered with JV High School Players and sometimes 1 or 2 young Varsity players.
* The Prep Legion Team holds tryouts and usually the Roster is made up of players coming out of our areas 3 Junior Program Tournament Teams.
