Weightlifting & Conditioning program Oct. 26,thru Dec. 21 2009.

Get ready for the 2010 Baseball Season. Weightlifting & Conditioning program will be M, TH, and Sat's in the WHS weightroom. Mondays and Thursdays from 6PM to 8PM and Saturdays from 5PM to 7PM. (10/29, 11/26 and 11/28) will not be available. .
