The GORC Wildcats team aspires to be fundamentally sound, competitive, and disciplined, in a fun-loving and upbeat environment. Instead of developing "baseball players", our team's goal will be to develop our young men into "excellent athletes who play baseball" at the highest level.The 11U coaching staff is excited about the 2011 season. We are looking forward to working with a great bunch of energetic young men. We are dedicated to forming some great baseball players.Our organizational objective is to put every boy on our team in an excellent position to not only make his high school baseball team in the future, but also to be major contributors to their team's current and future successes. We believe that the way this is done properly is to stress the importance of academics, physical fitness, athleticism, strength, and agility.
