ATTENTION ALL 2009 PLAYERS AND PARENTS!!!
1. Please bring your own water with your name written on it to practice each day. No water will be provided for you.
2. Wear cleats, t-shirt and shorts, practice jersey, practice pants, pads, and helmet.
3. ONLY players and coaches are to be on the practice field; all others need to remain behind the fence.
4. Parents--if you have any questions/concerns for your Coach, please address it after practice or via email/phone calls. Do not walk on the field during practice.

2008 SEASON
Congratulations to the Mitey Mite and Pee Wee teams for winning the CFYFL 2008 championship games!!! 3 out of 5 of our teams played in the championship games.
The Junior Midgets won their second playoff game, but were not able to beat the Forest City Falcons in the Championship game. The Junior Pee Wees and Senior Midgets drew the #1 seeds in their 12-team and 10-team divisions for the second round and both did their best, but unfortunately did not move on to the championship games.
Congratulations to all of our teams for a great season and making it to the semi-finals in our first year.

How to Be a Good Sport
Being a great athlete is important, and so is being a great athlete with great sportsmanship! Here are some tips:
1. Be polite to your teammates, coaches, fans, and opponents. There is no place for trash talk in sports. A good sportsman behaves so that he/she can be proud of his/her behavior on and off the field.
2. Do not be a show off-just play your best. If you are good player, people will notice.
3. Tell your teammates and opponents "good game!" whether you won or lost.
4. Knowledge is power! Learn the rules of the game to be the best player you can be. Get to practices and games on time and always give 100%.
5. Listen to your coaches and follow their directions.
6. Do not argue with an official. If you do not understand a call, wait until after the game to ask your coach or the official to explain it to you.
7. Do not make up excuses or blame a teammate after a bad play or after you lose a game. Try to learn from what happened and come back next week better prepared.
8. Everyone on the team wants to play and deserves to play, so be willing to sit out so other team members can get in the game.
9. Always play fair and do not cheat.
10. Cheer for your teammates no matter what the scoreboard shows!
