PRACTICE CANCELED
Due to the inclement weather, both JV and Varsity practices for Saturday, Jan 21st have been canceled. Varsity will practice on Monday, Jan 23rd at 10a and the JV will practice at 3p.
Buzzer Beater leads to 9th Win
Alon Aliverdi tipped in a pass from Brad Sternberg with 0.5 seconds to play to lift the Patriots over the Whitman Vikings. It was a hard-fought, team win, with major contributions from several players. Eddie Tsao led the team in scoring, Benjy Sokobin and Nicolas Texier led the team on the glass, and the bench proved big!
The 6th Man...
What a crowd!! Thanks to all the students who made up the 6th Man against Churchill on Friday night. You guys were AWESOME!! Hope to see everyone at our future home games and, of course, at the game @ Churchill on January 27th.
Patriots Roundball Classic
A HUGE thank you to all the parents and other volunteers who made the 5th Annual Patriots Roundball Classic a success. We had a record number of people in attendance and saw some great basketball! Thanks again and a Happy New Year to everyone!
Patriots Take Home Title
Congratulations to both the Varsity and the JV who took home the titles in the 5th Annual Patriots Roundball Classic. Brad Sternberg was named to the All-Tournament team and Nicoals Texier was voted the Most Outstanding Player. Congratulations to all the participants and Good Luck the rest of the season!!
Aussies Visit Wootton
The entire Wootton Basketball Family would like to extend a warm welcome to our friends from Trinity Grammar in Sydney, Australia. We will be scrimmaging their Varsity and Junior Varsity teams this Saturday, Dec.17th. Check out the Calendar for tip-off times! All are welcome!!
