THE WRS 15U TEAM HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED TO PLAY JAPAN AND PUERTO RICO AT THE INTERNATIONAL WORLD SERIES COMING UP AT THE END OF JULY. WRS 15'S WILL ALSO BE PLAYING TENNESSEE, IL AND MORE. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO COME ABOUT THE EVENT AND SCHEDULE.

WRS 15U PLAYER VINNIE HUBLI IS SELECTED TO THE USSSA 2012 ALL AMERICAN TEAM. VINNIE WILL BE COMPETEING WITH SOME OF THE BEST PLAYERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY TAKING PLACE 8/9/12 THROUGH 8/12/12 IN KISSIMMEE FLORIDA. TEAMS WILL BE COACHED BY FORMER MAJOR LEAGUERS TO INCLUDE THE NY YANKEE'S CHARLIE HAYES AND MILWAUKEE BREWERS SIXTO LEZCANO. THE ALL AMERICANS WILL BE PLAYING AT THE HOUSTON ASTROS SPRING TRAINING COMPLEX IN FRONT OF COLLEGE AND MAJOR LEAGUE SCOUTS OVER THE COURSE OF THE FOUR DAYS. PLAYERS WILL BE CHOSEN FROM THIS EVENT TO PARTICIPATE AS A MEMBER OF THE USSSA NATIONAL TEAM AND COMPETE IN THE 2013 GOLD MEDAL GAMES IN INTERNATIONAL PLAY. CONGRATULATIONS VINNIE AND GOOD LUCK !

CONGRATULATIONS ONCE AGAIN TO U14 TEAM WITH ANOTHER TOURNAMENT VICTORY! THIS TIME AT THE STATE TOURNAMENT IN OSHKOSH AND RIPON COLLEGE. THE U14 WRS TEAM WENT 4-0 IN TOURNAMENT PLAY GOING UNDEFEATED AT THE USSSA STATE TOURNAMENT. THE TEAM DEFEATED THE APPLETON PATRIOTS 7-4, KIMBERLY BASEBALL 9-1, THE WISCONSIN WARHAWKS 9-8 IN THE SEMI FINALS AND IN THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME DEFEATED THE WISCONSIN ROCKHOUNDS 11-6. THIS IS A HUGE HONOR AS THIS IS THE ONLY STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT FOR U14 AGE GROUP IN THE STATE. OTHER TEAMS THAT PARTICIPATED IN THE TOURNAMENT INCLUDED THE U14 WISCONSIN WARRIORS, APPLETON PANTHERS, OSHKOSH BASEBALL, GREENVILLE GRASSHOPPERS, THUNDER JACKS BASEBALL ACADEMY AND THE U14 PLEASANT PRAIRIE PREDATORS. AGAIN, GREAT JOB TO OUR U14 WISCONSIN RAMPAGE SELECT TEAM FOR BRINGING THE STATE TITLE BACK HOME TO KENOSHA!
WRS 15U TEAM GOES TO THE FINALS IN TRIPLE CROWN 2012 KENOSHA CLASSIC
THE 15U WRS TEAM PLAYED VERY WELL AT THE TRIPLE CROWNS 2012" KENOSHA CLASSIC" TOURNAMENT AT NASH PARK. THE WRS 15'S DEFEATED LOYOLA , WOODSTOCK LIGHTNING AND WHEATLAND DUCKS GOLD TO GO TO THE FINALS. THE TEAM WAS OUT OF GAS BY THE FINALS, FALLING SHORT TO THE TOP TIER "AMERICAN" TEAM 11-8 IN A BACK AND FORTH CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. THE WRS 15 U TEAM WILL NOW HEAD TO PORTAGE INDIANA TO PLAY IN THE MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIPS.
WRS 15U TEAM WIN THE 2012 MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP'S IN PORTAGE INDIANA
THE WRS 15U TEAM WENT DOWN TO PORTAGE INDIANA AND WON THE 2012 MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP. THE TEAM PLAYED GREAT FINISHING THE WEEKEND WITH A RECORD OF 6 WINS AND ONLY 1 LOSS. THE TOURNAMENT STARTED OUT WITH A WRS WIN FRIDAY AFTERNOON AGAINST THE PORTAGE TRIBE. LATER IN THE DAY WRS DEFEATED THE WHEATLAND DUCKS BY RUN RULE WITH A SCORE OF 10 TO 1 WIN. SATURDAY MORNING WRS DEFEATED THE FORCE ELITE BASEBALL ACADEMY. WRS RAN INTO SOME TROUBLE IN SATURDAYS SECOND GAME TAKING A LOSS UP 3 RUNS WITH 2 OUTS IN THE FINAL INNING TO THE KANKAKEE THUNDERBIRDS. ON ELIMINATION SUNDAY THE #3 SEEDED WRS TEAM STARTED OUT BY ELIMINATING THE APPLETON PANTHERS IN A THRILLER. THE SECOND GAME GAME , THE SEMI FINALS THE WRS TEAM DEFEATED THE #2 SEEDED NEW LENNOX REBELS TO MOVE ON TO THE FINALS. IN THE FINALS JULIAN ALVERIO PITCHED A GEM AND SHUT OUT THE #1 SEEDED OAKBROOK OUTLAWS THROUGH 6 INNINGS TO CAPTURE THE MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP, THE WRS 15U TEAM NOW WILL MOVE ON TO PLAY THE USSSA WI STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS AT RIPON COLLEGE TO SEE IF THEY CAN WIN THE STATE TITLE IN BACK TO BACK SEASONS.
WRS 15U Team Takes 1st Place in the 2012 Star Spangled Banner Tournament.
THE WRS 15U TEAM WON ANOTHER TOURNAMENT THIS 2012 SEASON WINNING 3 IN A ROW ON CHAMPIONSHIP SUNDAY. FIRST THE WRS TEAM DEFEATED THE FASTBALL USA ACADEMY TEAM BY SLAUGHTER RULE 13-0. IN THE SEMI FINAL GAME THE WRS BOYS TOOK IT TO THE LAKESIDE LEGENDS BASEBALL ACADEMY PROVING TO BE THE BETTER TEAM, WINNING 6 TO 5 TO GO TO THE TOURNAMENT FINALS. IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP WRS HAD A BACK AND FOURTH BATTLE WITH THE CRYSTAL LAKE CYCLONES. WRS JUMPED OUT TO A 6 RUN LEAD IN THE TOP OF THE 7TH TO WIN THE TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP. THE WRS 15U TEAM WILL NOW BE OFF TO MICHIGAN LOOKING FOR ANOTHER TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP AT THE BATTLE CREEK MAYORS TOURNAMENT.
WRS 15U TEAM FALLS SHORT IN CHAMPIONSHIP AT MAYORS TOURNAMENT IN BATTLE CREEK MICHIGAN FINISHES 2ND
THE WRS 15U TEAM PLAYING SHORT HANDED DOWN 5 PLAYERS HAD A GREAT SEMI FINAL GAME ON CHAMPIONSHIP SUNDAY IN BATTLE CREEK MICHIGAN DEFEATING THE MID -MICHIGAN BANDITS TO GO TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS IN THE 2012 JULY MAYORS TOURNAMENT. IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME WRS TOOK THE LEAD AGAINST THE BARTLETT SILVERHAWKS 2-1 BEFORE RUNNING OUT OF GAS IN THE 5TH INNING. THE SILVERHAWKS JUMPED OUT TO A 4 RUN LEAD AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. CONGRADULATIONS TO THE WRS 15U TEAM ON YET ANOTHER TOURNAMENT FINALS APPREARANCE IN 2012. THE WRS TEAM WILL NOW START PREPARING FOR THE CABA WORLD SERIES AT NOTRE DAME IN SOUTH BEND INDIANA FOLLOWED BY THE INTERNATIONAL WORLD SERIES IN CRYSTAL LAKE IL THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
15U WRS TEAM WINS THE 2011/12 LAKE SHORE IL. FALL LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP!
The U15 WRS Fall Team underpreformed during the Lake Shore fall baseball Regular season, but stepped it up in the playoffs with a record of 3-0 over this past weekend. The U15 WRS team mercy ruled Grayslake 12-0 with a full team effort. Vinnie Hubli got the win pitching three strong innings. WRS pitching only gave up three total hits to Grayslake in the opening round of the playoffs. On Sunday the WRS team crushed the #1 seed Live Villa 12-0 in a game the ened in the 4th inning by slaughter rule. Ty Jandrowski pitched all 4 innings giving up only 1 hit and striking out 6 Lake Villa hitters. Vinnie Hubli and Andrew Luscomb each had over the fence homeruns to cruise past Lake Villa and into the championship game. In the Championship VS. #2 seed Slammers Baseball Academy, WRS had four over the fence homeruns led by Ty Jandrowski, Andrew Luscomb, Steve Smith and Nate Hanner all ended up being 3 run jacks. What a great way to finish the fall season strong! The WRS U15 coaches would like to thank all the players and parents for a great fall baseball season. Now the U15 team will start preparing for the summer of 2012, after dominating the U14 season in 2011.

THE WRS 13U TEAM FINISHES IN SECOND PLACE IN GAME DAY USA'S 2012 BADGER FREEDOM CLASSIC TOURNAMENT IN WISCONSIN DELLS. THE BOYS PLAYED HARD ALL WEEKEND AND HAVE SHOWN WHY THEIR TEAM HAS MANY UP AND COMING FUTURE HIGH SCHOOL STARS ON ITS ROSTER. THE 13U TEAM IS A FIRST YEAR TEAM STARTING TO TURN THE CORNER THIS SUMMER. GREAT JOB BOYS !

WRS U14's Take 1st place at 2011 Winneconne Diamond Club Tournament!
The Wisconsin Rampage Select U14 took home their fourth 1st place finish of the year going undefeated in the Annual Winneconne Diamond Club Tournament. The WRS boys started out the day defeating Marshfield 19-1 in a offensive explosion. The second game of the tournament WRS shutout Jackson Baseball 7-0 in a dominating performance. The third game of the tournament turned out to be a challenge against West Depere, but WRS proved to be the better team winning 5-4 and locking down the championship. Congratulations to the U14 WRS boys for another tournament championship in 2011.

THE U14 WISCONSIN RAMPAGE SELECT TOOK 1ST PLACE IN THE BURLINGTON "CLASH OF THE TITANS" TOURNAMENT THIS PAST SUNNY WEEKEND. THE BOYS CRUISED IN THE FIRST TOURNEY GAME AGAINST THE WATERFORD WOLVERINES WITH A 9-3 VICORTY. IN THE SECOND GAME OF THE DAY THE RAMPAGE SELECT PLAYED OAK CREEK AND LOST 9-10 AFTER LEADING THE ENTIRE GAME. THE SUMMER HEAT TOOK ITS TOLL ON THE BOYS. THINGS FELL APART IN THE BOTTOM OF THE FIFTH DUE TO ERRORS AND COSTLY WALKS SURRENDERING 5 RUNS TO GIVE UP THE LEAD AND THE GAME. ON SUNDAY MORNING ,THE THIRD GAME VS. THE MUSKEGO STORM WAS A BLOWOUT AS THE RAMPAGE SELECT WENT RUNNING AWAY WITH IT 16-1. THE FOURTH GAME VS. THE LAKELAND ALL STARS WAS NEVER REALLY CLOSE AS THE RAMPAGE SELECT EMERGED VICTORIOUS 4-1 DUE TO GOOD PITCHING ,DEFENSE AND FOCUS. THE FIFTH GAME OF THE TOURNAMENT AND THIRD OF THE DAY WAS THE CHAMPIONSHIP VS. THE WISCONSIN WILDCATS. THE RAMPGE SELECT CAME OUT STRONG DEFEATING THE WILDACTS BY RUN RULE IN THE FOURTH INNING 12-2 TO TAKE HOME THE 1ST PLACE TROPHIES. THE ENTIRE TEAM PLAYED GREAT HERE ARE A COUPLE OF INDIVIDUAL HIGHLIGHTS THAT STANDOUT. DESIGNATED HITTER TY JANDROWSKI HAD THREE OVER THE FENCE HOMERUNS BLASTS. VINNIE HUBLI PITCHED GREAT SHUTTING ALMOST EVERYONE DOWN HE FACED GOING 3-0 IN THE TOURNAMENT. MICHAEL HAUGH AND LANE OCHS EACH HAD HOMERUN SHOTS OVER THE FENCE ON SUNDAY. ANDY FINLEY WAS ON FIRE HAVING MULTIPLE HITS IN MULTIPLE GAMES ALL WEEKEND. A BIG THANKS GOES OUT TO THE BURLINGTON TITANS WHO HOSTED A GREAT TOURNAMENT, HAD A GREAT FACILITY , UMPIRES AND STAFF. AGAIN, OUTSTANDING JOB TO ALL THE U14 WISCONSIN RAMPAGE PLAYERS ON ANOTHER TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP!
U14 WRS Takes 2nd place at the 2011 Fondy Classic
The WRS U14 team played in their 7th championship final tournament game of the season. This marked 4 out of the last 5 tournaments they have played in that the U14 WRS team has played for 1st place. The first game of the tournament WRS was matched up against a strong pitching rich Plover Nationals team. WRS was able to wear them down for the win with a final score of 4-2 in a tight game. In the second game of the Fondy tournament WRS was victorious 8-0 against the Wisconsin Rapids Rage. Kyle Schulz, Andy Finley and Nate Hanner threw a combined no hitter blanking the WI Rapids offense. The third game of the tournament VS. the Waukesha Wildcats was a over before it started as WRS jumped out ahead and and never looked back winning 13-5. The championship game ended up being played with 100 degree heat and some very vocal fans. The match up between WRS and Fon du Lac could have gone either way as it was back and fourth. WRS grabbed the lead early 3-0 and looked to be on their way to another tournament championship. Fondulac continued to battle, and eventually overtook the heat exhausted WRS team, winning 7-5. Congratulations to our WRS team for taking second place as they battled the heat and some questionable hometown calls down the stretch.
U14 takes second in the 2011 Mall of America Madness Tournament in MN
The U14 team finished in 2nd place at the Gameday USA "Mall of America Madness" Tournament. The U14 WRS team Defeated Menotonka MN, Iowa X-Factor, Racine Erickson's and the Minnesota Express before dropping the championship game to the Minnesota Millers Elite Team. Congratulations once again to the U14 WRS boys on winning another tournament final trophy.
Congratulations to the U14 team for taking 1st place in the 2011 Oak Creek Nights Inaugural Tournament!
The U14 Wisconsin Rampage Select took home the 1st place trophies this past weekend in the Oak Creek Nights Tournament. The highlight of the tournament was delivered by a Andy Finley walk off 3 run homer over the centerfield fence in the first game vs Oak Creek Storm. That homerun fired up the U14 boys prior to their next game vs. the Stateline Firebirds. This tournament marked the first 1st place finish of the year for the U14 team. Next weekend the U14 team will be in the Windlake Screaming Eagles tournament looking for back to back 1st place trophies.
