ONLINE SCREENING FOR COACHES
Please remember all coaches must be screened online. The cost is $13 and the screening is good for 3 years. After you complete the screening, you must print the confirmation number and submit it to your division director. Please click on the NYSAHA icon to the left and follow the prompts. Click Volunteer Self Screen. The security code is NYSAHA2008. Then choose West Seneca YHA from the drop down menu. Accept the release, fill in your name and WSYHA for company. Check NYSAHA Volunteer program. Complete the background check. Then pay and print. Please make a copy for yourself and your division director. Any questions please contact Rocco.
STUDENT COACH INFORMATION

COACHES: As discussed at the September Board Meeting, here is a copy of the Student Coach form. In the USA Hockey Annual Guidebook it states that a student coach is a player age 13 through 17 who is currently properly registered with USA Hockey.
HOUSE INFORMATION
It is almost time for warm-up sessions and ratings for the house division. You must have all the required forms complete before taking the ice. If you do not receive the forms in the mail they are available by clicking on the link below.
RATINGS: October 3-4, 2009 - Times are posted below.
Please remember you MUST register your player with USA Hockey. This is something new this year and is done online. The cost to register is $33. After completing the online registration process you MUST print your receipt with the confirmation number and turn it in at warm-ups. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SKATE WITHOUT IT. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
