Subject:               Membership Satisfaction Survey

The Ontario Soccer Association is seeking Membership input via a Membership Satisfaction Survey.

This survey will allow the OSA to gain relevant insights and valuable ideas from every level of soccer in Ontario, including members of Districts, Clubs, Academies and the players and families that they service.

The survey will take no more than 10-15 minutes, and will allow all participants a chance to enter to win an exclusive OSA prize pack, which includes apparel, gift cards and more.

Questions will pertain to demographics, programs and services, partnerships and communications. All areas of the survey will help improve multiple areas of the OSA’s current and future offerings.

Access to the survey opens today and will conclude on February 28.

Anyone and everyone, who is involved in soccer in Ontario in some capacity is encouraged to participate to have their say.

The OSA is seeking the assistance of the Districts to share the information with the Clubs & Academies, so that all of their members are able to participate and share their opinions.
