Hello My name is Kim Ayers I'm the new Young Marines web master i'll be updating the site as it comes time. Hopefully it will be all the time hope you enjoy the site. If you have any questions please feel free to email the CCYM and we will try to answer your questions.
Young Marines Infomation
January 17, 2009
Young Marines I received word from our National Execuitive Director Mike Kessler that he will be here on March 28th to March in the Welcome Home Parade in the morning and then to take part in the Welcome Home Program at the Complex. We require all our Young Marines to be there from 8:30 at the Center until 6 P.M. at the Complex. Be sure to read information papers that we will be sending home. We hope to have other units from TN here with us for most of the day. Homeland will once again perform and all Young Marines will be on stage for a presentation.
Parents, family and friends are encouraged to come and enjoy the parade and the program at the Complex.

CCFD will be here for fire pervention program
April 4, 2009 - 10:00 AM
The Cumberland Fire Department will be here on April 4th instead of March 28th as we will be part of Welcome home on that day. The fire department will present a program for the Young Marines to earn their ribbon.
Young Marines will be doing committee service at both of the National Cem eteries near Atlanta Ga. over the Memorial Day Week-end. We are going to try to leave on Thursday afternoon and will return on Monday. We will be staying again at the Army Camp Grounds on Allatoona Lake. There is an information folder at the office on this facility
YM's are planning on going to Parris Island from July 19 to July 24th. There will be more infromation being posted as it becomes available.
Don't forget Young Marines we will be doing different activities where Young Marines will be awarded points for doing well. We will use these points to get a winner of the Young Marine Watch the first week of May.

June 27th The YM will be leaveing for Nashville Shores at 7:30 am all of those that are going needs to be at center before 7:15 am if you are not there we will leave without you we should be returning by 8:00 pm.
