THE BAY ATLANTIC SHARKS YOUTH FOOTBALL TEAM IS HERE!
The Bay Atlantic Sharks Youth Football Team is looking foward to a great year in The Metropolitan Football League .We hope that our membership in the league will guide our youth to impower them to learn to respect others and have a positive outlook for their future.
If you have a son or daughter that wants to play for this new football team this is the place to be. We will change the way Pop Warner Youth Football is played.
The Bay Atlantic Coaches will do its best to teach our Sharks the meaning of discipline and character and most of all self-respect.By being mentors, the Coaching Staff and players of our big brother team, The Baltimore Bay Atlantic Sharks Minor League Football Team will assist in all areas to help our youth to discover and understand the importance of education and commitment to service in our communities.

We are equally honored to provide the introduction for an empowering and organized group of youth to Maryland Regional Little League Football Sports,"The Bay Atlantic Sharks Youth Football Team".
Inpreparation for the season our administration has organized multiple fund raisers along with a high quality of goals set forth for our team players that will be beneficial on the field and off the field.
The Baltimore Bay Atlantic Sharks Youth Football Team's Board has generated a number of strategies to implement dedication to our youth,to be disbursed into the growth of our community .Such as an onsite tutoring program to any participate,below a 2.5 grade average.Computer sessions offered for home assignments,project studies,and basic computer literacy to help guide our youth to different resources.Along side adult mentoring, uniform and other equipment niceties, provided by the association. It is our Board members mission that by imposing these tools to be utilized our youth would have the capability to acknowledge the impotance of,a strong education, character, and build on self-esteem. Also developing leadership skills, all the while reflecting on basic fundamental skills to be utilized in daily life, along with learning the game of football.
It is our mission to have a better tomorrow; therefor we are now focusing on our younger generation. By allowing our youth to involve themselves in a high-powered, positive atmosphere, that will enhance the teams ability to reach our main goal, self empowerment, the will to win and the winning of a Championship.
