This year's voting was not without it's share of controversy, landslides, and close wins. These winners were not hand picked, they were voted on by their wiffleball peers. Let's make sure we get everyone to vote next year. The voting was good, but I know we have more players than that. Congratulations to all of you who won.

    Team Rankings, Grades and Evaluations
    BENCHWARMERS
    RANKING 6
    PITCHING B-
    HITTING C+
    PERFORMANCE B-

This team had some good wins with timely hitting and was even one strike away from their first LSWA Finals. This is a young team which is gaining experience against some of wiffleball best. If they stick with it, they could be a force in years to come.

    I DON'T KNOW
    RANKING 5
    PITCHING B
    HITTING C+
    PERFORMANCE B

This team burst on the scene winning against some solid teams. They are eager to play and gain experience. With an addition of another bat, this team could win. Good first season.

    PLOWBOYS
    RANKING 4
    PITCHING C+
    HITTING B-
    PERFORMANCE B

Led by the Brothers of Bash and by a host of others they competed. It was always fun to compete against them. This team is involved with off season movement. This team will no longer be an underdog.

    WHITE TRASH EXPRESS
    RANKING 3
    PITCHING B-
    HITTING B+
    PERFORMANCE B

White Trash has never had trouble hitting, it is their lack of depth at pitching. Hum... Texas Rangers? One pitcher only gets you so far. This was WTX's last season. Rare occurences may happen. A disappointing last season, but an improvement still.

    TIMMAD DOG
    RANKING 2
    PITCHING A
    HITTING A+
    PERFORMANCE A

Another solid year for the boys of Timmad Dog. The roster is tough from spots 1-3. Good defense followed by good pitching is a constant with this team, but their hitting exploded this year! The team broke numerous records and individual records too. It is only a matter of time before they knock off number 1.

    REMEMBER THE NAME
    RANKING 1
    PITCHING A+
    HITTING A
    PERFORMANCE A+

A team with some new players, but with the same results. All 3 can pitch good to great. Hitting lacked at times, but always had enough to win. This team will be tough again next year, and the next year.......

    Tournament Trash for Nationals
Man was it hot!!!! Well, the final tournament of the LSWA season has came and gone. It was billed as the National tournament because we were expecting teams from different states, but what has been a thorn in our side all year, they no-showed(more on this epidemic later). Even though only 5 teams competed; Plowboys, Wildboyz, I Don't Know, Remember the Name and Chivas; it was great competition. There were some great plays, clutch hits and drama filled games. Besides the scorching sun, the tournament went well. Remember the Name took home the prize followed by Chivas. Remember the Name finished off their year the same way they started, winning. Their trophy shelf has to be full by now. Will there be anybody to take them down? Well, that question will have to be answered next season. Thank you all for attending(especially those who drove for several hours).
