Tony Girod played at Oklahoma City University later went on to play professional baseball in the frontier league for three years. Selected into the frontier league all decade team in 2002. Coached college baseball at OCU for two years as a hitting and catching instructor then moved to Vegas and became the head coach at Faith Lutheran High school.
