• Shall be responsible for handling all matters concerning the development of referees within the organization.
• Shall maintain a database of all organization referees’ telephones numbers and addresses.
• Organize and oversee all referee certification clinics within the organization.
• Serve on the D&P committee.
• Schedule referees’ appropriately for each game that may be schedule within the organization as is necessary.
• Ensure that all rules of the organization, STYSA, Western District, WDDOA, USYSA and FIFA are follow.
• Shall be a voting member of the Board of Directors.
District, WDDOA, USYSA and FIFA are followed.
