• Shall be responsible for the purchase (w/board approval) of all other equipment to be given/loaned to organization coaches
• Shall be responsible for the delivery of organization equipment to all coaches.
• Shall be responsible for the coordination of recovery of all organization equipment from coaches.
• Shall be responsible for the storage of all unused organization equipment.
• Shall be a voting member of the Board of Directors.
• Shall be responsible for coordinating the use and maintenance of the fields, facilities, and use of the field equipment.
• Shall be responsible for ensuring the fields are safe, playable and properly maintained.
• Shall be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained and operational.
• Facilities include all permanent and temporary structures.
• Shall be responsible for ‘laying out’, maintaining, watering, moving and lining of the fields.
• Shall be responsible for making purchasing requests to the Board for new field maintenance equipment.
• Shall be responsible for the delivery of nets and flags to all scheduled games on the BYSO fields.
• Shall be responsible for the coordination of recovery of the nets and flags from all scheduled games on the BYSO fields.
• Shall be a voting member of the Board of Directors.
