4.5 The Assistant Athletic Director shall:
A) Maintain inventory of player equipment and uniforms and recommend expenditures for the same each season;
B) Order new equipment, with board of approval
C) Arrange and coordinate equipment reconditioning as required or necessary;
D) Supervise equipment distribution, equipment repair and/or replacement, equipment destruction or donation and equipment return at the end of each season;
E) Submit a written inventory of equipment to the board of directors at each annual meeting;
F) Order player and coach apparel, with board approval;
G) Attend recruiting events of players;
H) Assist the Athletic Director in coaching interviews
I) Fulfill the duties of the Athletic Director in The Athletic Directors absence
