Vice President shall:

• In the absence or disability of the President, conduct and execute all affairs of Northwest Girls Softball provided he/she is authorized by the President. When so acting, he/she shall have all the powers of that office and such other duties, which may be assigned by the President.

• Vote on matters before the Board so long as it is not a conflict of interest to their respective position or involves matter regarding their child.

• Organize and implement All Stars formation with cooperation of Player Advocate.

• All communication to be CC’d to President.
