Coach Sean is entering his 5th year coaching at NOVA, and his 10th season coaching club overall having previously coached at Impact Sports Academy. Coach Burns had coached school volleyball for 10 seasons, 3 as the varsity coach at Roosevelt High School, 4 seasons at varsity at Norton High School, and 3 seasons as the 7th-grade coach. Sean played high school volleyball at Bishop Watterson and club volleyball for Vanguard in Columbus. He also played for and directed the Kent State Men's Club Volleyball team. Sean is also a USAV Certified Official!
