  15. Runners may advance on a hit ball to any base, with liability to be put out, until the ball that is fielded in the outfield is thrown into the infield, passing the plane of the base line. A runner that has not crossed the half way line between bases as the ball enters the infield must return to the previous base she was on.
  16. One (1) base will be allowed on overthrown balls. A ball thrown to the pitcher that goes past her is NOT an overthrow.
  17. Infield fly rule is not in effect.
  18. The catcher does NOT have to hold onto the third strike. The batter is automatically out and the base runners cannot advance.
  19. A youth pitcher shall pitch for the defensive team until the bases are loaded and four balls have been pitched to the batter. When the bases are loaded and four balls have been pitched to the batter, a coach from the offensive team will pitch the remainder of the count. The coach pitcher must be one of the base coaches already on the field. The batter will continue with the same strike count as held by the youth pitcher to hit the ball into play. The batter will either hit the ball into play or be called out on strikes. The batter cannot be walked while the bases are loaded. The following rules apply while the coach pitcher is pitching…
a.The coach pitcher must pitch from the pitching rubber.
b.Pitches thrown by the coach pitcher must not have an excessive amount of arc.

All base runners must return to their previous base without liability to be put out. If the batter must return to home plate, she is not allowed to bat again and takes the out given.
h.Coach pitchers may coach their base runners after a hit ball but must not distract the defensive team while doing so.
i.When the next batter comes to the plate the coach shall return to their previous place on the field at either 1st or 3rd base and the youth pitcher resumes pitching responsibilities.
j.If a batter is hit by a pitched ball from the opposing pitcher, this is not considered a walk but a "batter hit by pitch". They will be awarded first base and if any runner is forced they will also advance one base. 2nd and each additional occurrence, player will be declared out.
  27. If the league score keeper finds a player batting out of order no out will be given. If discovered while at bat, the correct batter will come to the plate, assume the current count and complete their turn at bat. If the discovered after their turn at bat is over all actions stand and the player following the incorrect batter is now the correct batter. However, if the discovered by either team without the assistance of the league score keeper, USA rules apply.

The standings in each division will be based on each team's win-loss-tie record. Ties in the standings will be decided 1st by previous head-to head competition between the teams tied and 2nd by head-to-head run difference between those same teams. The 3rd tie breaker, if needed, will be total runs allowed for the season. Trophies will be awarded to the top three placing teams at the conclusion of the season.
Please remember that this is a recreational division and that GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP is a MUST. The Head Coach/Team Manager is responsible for the sportsmanship of the parents and fans of their team. Continued bad conduct on their part after the plate umpire has warned the Head coach/Team Manager could result in the ejection of the fan and the Head Coach/Team Manager.
Each team is expected to pick up their own trash from the dugout at the conclusion of each game.
Absolutely NO smoking and/or profanity by coaches in the dugout or on the field during the game.
