League Age 13/14 yr olds can pitch a maximum of 95 pitches per game.
Pitchers can exceed pitch count limits in order to finish an at-bat that began below their pitch count limit. In this case, the final pitch count reverts back to the previous pitch count for the purposes of days rest and daily pitch count limits.
