Message from Trini Cimino, organizer:

The practice will take place on Saturday, November 17 (the same day as the
parade) at 1:00 p.m. at Greendell. Then we will board the buses at about
2:30p.m.

Please remind everyone to wear all black. I am not too concerned about
their feet, but if they do have black boots that would be great. I want
them to be warm rather than fashionable. I have the hats and should have
scarves to hand out that afternoon.

Also, please make sure everyone brings their waiver forms on that day. We
should be back at the club at about 6:30 p.m. Please let parents know to
pick them up at that time. If we are late by a few minutes, then at least
parents will be there, instead of us waiting for them to show up.

We are #51 in the parade. That means we are about 1/2 way in the parade.

THE LAST REQUEST THAT I HAVE IS; IF YOU HAVE A COMPLETE LIST OF NAMES OF
THOSE PARTICIPATING AND THEIR AGE. I WOULD LIKE THAT EMAILED TO ME ASAP, SO
I HAVE A ROSTER AS WELL TO ARRANGE FOR BUSSING. If we have several athletes
under the age of 12, we can 3 to a seat (this is a bus requirement).

I will also be providing a snack and a bottle of water for everyone after
the parade. If the athletes want to bring a snack for when we are waiting
around, then please make sure they know that they cannot take it with them
during the parade and the chaperone's will not be carrying anything more.
So please make sure their snacks are disposable.

Volunteers should bring a back pack with them. (preferably black)
