Rules Meeting. All rule changes proposed by general membership will be reviewed and voted on during this meeting. This is a mandatory meeting for all prior year managers and coaches in addition to all prospective managers and coaches for the upcoming season. All rule changes should have been submitted to the Rules Chairperson prior to this meeting.
