Information:
The online registration is available for the Feb 15-17 Luge Trip at Muskegon Winter Sports Complex in Muskegon, Michigan. We will be staying at Camp Gerber in Twin Lake, Michigan. Deadline to register is Sunday, January 13th.
The troop needs to reserve the spots ASAP. There is room for 20 in the cabin but if needed I can get more cabins. As of this moment, there are only 26 spots open for the luge on Saturday morning. There are more spots available on Sunday morning. There is a 2.5 hour time frame to take the safety instruction and to luge and then to have the luge competition.
The cost to luge is $49. Which is the part that books up fast and needs to be reserved. Keep in mind that this is President's Day weekend.
You would pay for the following on your own when you get there if you want to do these activities.
The complex also offers the following with the Daily $10 pass:
cross county skiing rental is $8
skating rental $5
hockey stick rental $3
helmet rental $1
snow shoe rental $8
