Information:
Folkstyle season runs Sep 1 - Feb 28. All practices, beginner and advanced, will focus on folkstyle technique. We will maintain a split practice on Mondays and Wednesdays so we can cater to each wrestler at their level. Wrestlers should attend only one practice per night. Do not attend both sessions unless you are asked to do so by a coach. On Fridays, we run a consolidated practice which all wrestlers are welcome to attend.
Folkstyle practice schedule:
Beginners (ages 5-8): Mon, Wed - 6:00pm-7:00pm
Advanced (ages 9+): Mon, Wed - 7:00pm-8:45pm
All ages, skill levels: Fri - 6:30pm-8:30pm
