Pre-Season Training: We will be having practice for our experienced wrestler during the month of October to prepare for the upcoming season. This practice will focus on drilling and conditioning.
New Wrestler Try-outs: Practice will be for new and in-experienced wrestlers during the month of October. This practice will focus on technique and basic fundamentals of the sport.
Both practice groups will run at the same time.
