OPEN-Classic/NW Traveling Team Registration-25/26 Season
*Players will be selected for classic team placement after all tryout sessions are completed. Children must attend tryouts in order to be considered for classic team placement. Tryout dates can be found on the homepage of our website.
*The applicable player fee must be paid IN FULL in order for a child to participate in tryouts. Children that attend tryouts, but are not selected for classic team placement, will be entitled to a full refund of the player fee.
*Uniforms are FREE and will be able to keep them at the end of the season.
*Requests for specific coaches and/or teammates will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY
All registered player(s) must be paid in full prior to tryouts. Without payment the player will not be allowed to tryout.
A full refund will be issued for all players not selected for team placement within two weeks of the final tryout session.
Once practices have begun, there will be NO refunds issued. Families may request a full refund for extenuating circumstances (medical, moving, etc..). The GBA Board may require proof of extenuating circumstances before a refund is considered/approved.
Displeasure with team, coach or teammate assignments IS NOT an extenuating circumstance, and does not warrant a refund.
