T318 - Holiday Campout 1/9/2026 to 1/11/2026

Sign-up is now open for the Troop 318 Holiday Campout.
The Campout is January 9-January 11, 2026 at Camp Frank S. Betz, in Berrien Springs, Michigan.

The deadline for sign-up is Friday January 2, 2026.

Join Troop 318 for our Holiday Campout in January!

We will have our annual tent decorating competition, along with a White Elephant Gift exchange.

Scouts may sleep in a tent (get camping nights), or in Thunderbird Cabin (no camping nights, but still a good time).

This is one of the last camping opportunities prior to OA Elections in February.

This is a cold weather camp out. Scouts need to be prepared.

Scouts may share a tent, provided the following criteria are met:
1) They want to share a tent together
2) They are the same gender and less than 730 day apart in age (no age limit for siblings of the same gender)

Everyone participating in the White Elephant must bring a wrapped gift.
The gift should have a value of no greater than $10.

For Scouts who have not yet earned the Camping MB, you may have the opportunity to complete one of the requirements of 9b, provided there is snow.

Cost: $30 per person.

CANCELLATION: TO AVOID PAYING THE CAMPING FEES YOU MUST NOTIFY MR. GRABOWY BY JANUARY 3, 2026.

The adults do get reimbursed for the food you purchased for the meals.
If you cook the meal, you do not clean up. We do need two adults to pull the trailers.
