MHRA - Sponsorship Form

Bronze Tier Sponsorship ($150/team) - Each sponsorship will provide every player of one team, with a shirt and a ball cap. Your name/logo will be displayed on team t-shirts. As a sponsor, you will also receive a commemorative plaque with a team picture.

Silver Tier Sponsorship ($300) - All perks of the Bronze level sponsorship. Additionally, you will have a 4'x 3' vinyl banner on your team's dugout during each home game.

Gold Tier Sponsorship ($500) - All the perks of the Bronze tier sponsorship. Additionally, you will get a vinyl sign advertisement added to the field that your team normally plays on at Independence Park Baseball fields in Marquette Heights. The sign will remain up for the whole recreation and school baseball season.
