RYB Hardship Application

RYB will do it's best to provide financial assistance for families in need.

RYB is a volunteer organization, and relies heavily on registration fees so please consider your hardship request carefully.

RYB requires that families requesting hardships make commit to making themselves available to volunteer during the travel or town league season for a minimum of (8) hours in order to receive a fee waiver. This may be via coaching, concessions, fundraising, scoreboard or scorebook duty, etc.

Failure to volunteer may result in forfeiture of any assistance.
Ideally, this form should be completed at the time of registration for travel or town league.
As a volunteer-led program, RYB requires all families receiving assistance to volunteer for a minimum of eight (8) hours. Please indicate the area(s) your family is interested in supporting RYB.
The information that you provide on this form will remain confidential and will only be used for the purposes of a determination of facts relevant to the administration and approval of this application. By accepting a fee waiver if awarded, I understand I am required to VOLUNTEER my time during the basketball season to RYB for a minimum of 8 hours. I understand that failure to do so may result in forfeiture of this assistance.
