RYBA Travel Parent Survey 2019

Roseville Youth Basketball Association (RYBA) is a non-profit organization established to provide basketball programs for boys and girls who live in or attend school in Roseville. Regardless of team or league, we are dedicated to building skills, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, while having fun playing the game of basketball.

RYBA provides opportunities for boys and girls in grades 1 through 12. RYBA is governed by a volunteer board. RYBA is only successful due to the dozens of volunteers who step up each season to coach, work tournaments, or contribute their time in any way possible. The program strives to develop boys and girls to be all they can be as basketball players and sports persons by encouraging them to excel and maintain a positive winning spirit.

Goals for Participants
1. To have an enjoyable basketball season
2. To develop personal confidence and self esteem
3. To enhance basketball fundamentals
4. To understand a team as a united entity with common goals

Player’s Rights
1.To have qualified adult leadership
2.To play in a safe and healthy environment
3.To be treated with dignity and fairness at all times
4.To have fun

The Board of Directors is committed to continually improving the programs for our community and for all the boys and girls who participate. In fact, RYBA is your program as participant families.

Without candid feedback and constructive ideas flowing from the community, improvements are much slower to evolve. We take the feedback we receive from this survey very seriously and utilize it in our planning for upcoming years. We thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

RYBA wants to make sure that the basketball experience is as positive as possible for all those involved. Please take a few minutes to fill out the following survey, so that we may find out where we might need to improve.
