Volunteer



Coaching – responsibilities include: conducting regular practices to teach our players the fundamentals of football including but not limited to the technical aspects of football, teamwork, good sportsmanship, etc. Work with all players, regardless of their current skill level, to help them mature as an athlete and individual; be a positive role model for our players.

Coaching Assistants-responsibilities include: assisting coaches during practice sessions. Assist coach with drills, conditioning of the athletes, etc. Work with all players, regardless of their current skill level, to help them mature as an athlete and individual; be a positive role model for our players.

Team Mom/Dad-responsibilities include: -assisting the coach with dealing with parental concerns, making sure we have required documentation available for all players, communicating league information to parents, etc. be a positive role model for our players.

Snack Shack -our snack shack is not only a convenience for our spectators but also acts as a fundraiser and pays the cost of our referees for home games. Responsibilities include: shopping for supplies to stock the Snack Shack; helping prepare food the day of home games, serving customers during home games, etc. be a positive role model for our players.


General Volunteer – maybe none of the other opportunities above appeal to you or you can’t commit a specific amount of time. We can always use help with various other things in the league, such as fundraisers, setting up the field on game days, getting information communicated to others in the league, etc. be a positive role model for our players

Board Member-responsibilities include: attending monthly meetings to discuss CYFL business, making decisions in the best interests of not only current season but future seasons of the CYFL organization, helping to organize fundraisers, getting information to parents, be a positive role model for our players.

Consultant-business and other professionals including accountants, attorneys, advertising , and multi-media to assist our Board in matters of your expertise.
