Host Family Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a host family for the San Diego Force. This is a significant role within our organization and one that carries with it commitment and dedication. We are excited and enthused about your interest. Please take a moment to complete this application. All information is kept confidential.

As a Host Family, here is what we ask of you:
* Provide a player with their own room for the season
* Provide access to a washer and dryer, if possible
* Provide access to a bathroom
* Provide access to a kitchen
* Provide a safe and comfortable environment
* Cheer for him at games whenever possible

You can expect your player to be a conscientious young man who will be a positive role model in your home and the community. He is expected to follow the rules in your house, contribute to your family's routines, and share his gratitude for your generosity. It is not unusual for a player to become a mentor to your young ball player and aspiring college students, sharing skills and building a friendship that could last a lifetime.
