All four boxes must be checked to be eligible for consideration.

Participated 4 years or more with Havenwood Girls Softball.

Grade Point Average of 2.5 or better (on a 4.0 scale).

Graduating high school senior in the current school year.

Enrolled as a full-time student in upcoming Fall semester at the school named above.
