Grievance Committee Request Form
A grievance is a written complaint that a parent, a player or an individual has violated a specific rule or procedure as outlined in the rules of play or the Player's, Parent's, Coach's or Volunteer Contract. The Blythewood Baseball League will address all violations and take appropriate action if deemed necessary by the grievance committee.

A grievance must be filed within 30 days of the date of the alleged violation.

The Blythewood Baseball - Softball League Grievance Committee reviews all grievances and determines if action is necessary and makes recommendations for appropriate action to be implemented. The Blythewood Baseball - Softball League Board and Executive Committee will review these recommendations and vote on a final action as recommended by the grievance committee. You will be notified when a resolution is reached.
