Please refer to the Franklin Baseball & Softball League Rules (and appropriate official baseball and softball rule books) to answer all of the following questions, which are a selection of certain rules - not all of the rules. Please complete the General Rules section and all sections for all Divisions you are involved in as a manager or coach. Umpires should complete all divisions they are eligible to Umpire .
