Club/School Team(s) Registration - Spring 2018 GHYLA Season

Attention Clubs with more than one team in a Division

If you have more than one team in a division
(Ex: Two Different 8U Playoff Eligible Teams), you must check the box next to the appropriate division team, along with all the other teams you are registering, then click "Submit Form".

Next, in the Online Forms Summary page form you will need to click
"+ Add Another Team", which will open the blank form back up and allow you to add the addition team(s) in the appropriate division(s).
(Ex: your club has two different 8U Playoff Eligible Teams, you will check that division box again). Do not check the box again of any teams which you only have a single team in that division and you already registered with during the first form entry or it will charge you a second time for them.

Also, do not forget to select your Club/School each time.

Then, you will click "Submit Form" again and be able to Checkout.
