This agreement between the sponsor (hereinafter, "Sponsor") and the Hampton Wythe Little League (hereinafter, "HWLL") is for the 2014 season.

Sponsorship of HWLL must be, for the sponsor, out of a sense of duty to help the community. While sponsorship does afford some benefits (detailed below), the higher purpose is to help HWLL in part the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play to the children in the community, so that they may someday use these values to become good citizens.

Sponsorship of HWLL does not permit the sponsor to have any rights or responsibilities in the operation of HWLL or any team in HWLL, not does the sponsor have any rights or responsibilities in the selections of managers, coaches or players for any team in HWLL.

The sponsor shall have the right to use the following terms in advertisements, posters, brochures, newsletters, etc. "Sponsor of HWLL". Sponsorship does NOT give the sponsor the right to use the word "official" in connection with it's sponsorship.
