*I will lead by example by demonstrating fair play and sportsmanship to all my players. I will do this by not yelling at umpires, or using profanity on the field or near any player
*I will provide a sports environment for my team, in conjunction with league policies, that is free of drugs, tobacco, and alcohol
*I will be knowledgeable in the rules of baseball, as established by the league and I will teach these rules to my players and parents
