2018 Spring Softball Registration

Please complete one form for each player.

The SOFTBALL Registration fee is $80 per player in grade K and $150 per player in grades 1-12.

A $325 per family maximum applies if your registration fees exceed $325. You must send an email to sbaatreasurer@comcast.net to request a refund for the difference in fees above $325. Note that the family maximum applies to registration fees only.

For example, if you register four softball players at $100 per player totaling $400 for your family, you are entitled to a $75 refund. You must send an email to sbaatreasurer@comcast.net to request the refund of $75.

SBAA Work Bond
For the 2018 season, SBAA will continue running the Snack Stands at Rowland Park, Reichler Park and Sondek Park. This will require each SBAA family to volunteer a required amount of service hours during the season.

The snack stands typically generate profits that are used solely to fund SBAA's programs. These funds will be used to defray costs related to field maintenance, equipment, uniforms, insurance, and other costs, which allows SBAA to keep registration fees among the lowest in the area.

1. During registration, each family will be required to acknowledge the SBAA Work Bond requirement.
2. The volunteer site to schedule shift(s) will open at the same time final season schedules are available which is anticipated to be mid-March 2018.
3. Each family will be required to post a $100 work bond. Click here to launch the Work Bond Payment form in a new browser window/tab
4. The work bond will not be cashed unless the 2018 Spring commitment is not met. Work bond checks will be destroyed upon completion of the volunteer commitment and only returned if a self-addressed and stamped envelope is received when the work bond is posted.
5. The work bond should be posted by February 15th as a check or money order accompanied by the work bond form and sent to:

Player Information
NOTE:  NO REFUNDS AFTER MARCH 1.  There is a $5 processing fee for refunding a player's entire registration fee.
Parent/Guardian Information
As parent/guardian of the above mentioned player for the So. Brunswick Athletic Association baseball program, I hereby give my approval for participation in any and all league activities. I assume and understand all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, including transportation to and from activities. I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree not to hold responsible the local league, organizers, sponsors, umpires, managers, coaches, participants, or other persons for any claim arising out of an injury to my child. By allowing my child to participate, I represent that he or she is medically and physically able to do so and that my child has no medical problems or conditions that could pose a danger or threat to him/her or any league participant.

Completing the Registration
1. Select the appropriate fee below.
  • Choose $50 for grade K and $125 for grades 1-12 for SOFTBALL Registration fee.

2. Submit the Form.
  • Press the submit button ONCE at the bottom of the form.
  • If you have completed the form correctly, you will be taken to a “Completed Online Forms Summary” page. You will see a listing of the player(s) you have just registered. Registrations have been submitted for the players listed on this page.
  • If you have left out any required information, your form will not show in the summary, and you will be asked to provide the missing information.
3. Review the Form
  • It is recommended that you review the registration form for mistakes. To do this, click “print” next to the form for the registered player. If there is an error, you can edit the registration by clicking “edit” next to the registration you wish to edit.

IF YOU ARE PAYING BY MAIL:
After clicking the submit button and going to the summary page, click "print." Mail form(s) with check written to "SBAA" to: SBAA Registration, PO Box 5156, Kendall Park, NJ 08824.
You can also choose to donate an amount of $1, $5, $10, or $25 to SBAA to defray operating costs for the upcoming 2016 Spring season. If you wish to make a donation, select the appropriate check box below to indicate your donation amount. Thank you for your support.
