Submit this form to register yourself as a free agent for any of our leagues offered at the Spring Valley Gymnasium. We will attempt to either place you on an existing team (you will share their team league fees and ref fees) or compile a team of all free agents ($50 fee per player will be due at the time of registration, which will cover league and ref fees). If we are not able to place you on a team, the fee is fully refundable. Please allow 24 hours for the Spring Valley Gymnasium to contact you to complete registration.
