Vicky Bullett Tri-State Invitational Registration

The tournament will be held at Hagerstown Community College May 2-3 The cost of the tournament is $350 per team. The tournament will be a 14 min stop clock per half.Please put all the information in correctly, print your form before you submit it, and then send the form in the mail with your payment of $350 to the address listed below.
